MLog currently owns assets in the following segments:
MLog fully owns MOPI - Morro do Pilar Mine, a company that owns mining rights in the outskirts of the iron ore quadrangle in the State of Minas Gerais, southeast of Brazil. MOPI has 1.3 billion tons of Measured and Indicated resources, able to produce up to 25 Mtons per year of high quality pellet feed, at 68.5% Fe content, at an estimated cost that makes MOPI a third decile member at the world’s cash cost curve for 62% Fe CFR China equivalent production.
MLog owns Asgaard Shipping, an offshore shipping company, operating one OSRV-750, holding long term contracts with Petrobras to build and operate two additional PSV-4500s.
MLog is also the owner of CNA - Amazon Shipping Company, one of the largest inland shipping company in the liquid cargo segment of the Amazon Region, transporting over 1 million cubic meters of oil, its derivatives and other products yearly.
MLog´s subsidiary CDNC - Companhia de Desenvolvimento do Norte Capixaba, a company that owns 3,000 acres of land, with approximately 4 miles of ocean front, in the municipality of Linhares, State of Espírito Santo, in the southeast of Brazil, where the Company is developing an Industrial Multi-Port. CDNC is accessible through paved road, is close to the energy grid and to Petrobras’ Cacimbas Gas Treatment Station.
